If you process a booking with Airbnb, we will share a QR code with the location or link. Also there will be a house manual with all of the important details. The villas are just a short drive to Sunny beach, with St Vlas and Ravda also located close by. It is situated in an ideal location to explore the Black Sea coast. We do recommend hiring car, or alternatively we can provide details of local taxis, there also a bus stop in the village.

Usually up to 5 guests. All names must be provided during the booking process. We do accept groups of friends but it is a quiet family village and there are neighbours which should be respected and noise kept to a minimum especially after 22.00 and this is also the law in Bulgaria. If we receive complaints complaints of excessive noise or parties we have the right to evict tenants from the villa.

Upon check in we require a refundable deposit of 400 BGN per booking. Any damages must be paid for and house rules followed. We require passport copies of all our guests. The deposit can be paid in BGN/ EURO or any other currency upon checkout once we have checked the villa for any damages.

Checkin time is between 15.00 and 20.00. We can sometimes agree to an earlier checkin but only if there have been no guests staying at the villa the previous night. If you would check-in later than 20.00 please contact us ( a small surcharge may apply). Check out is at 11.00 to give enough time for cleaning before the next visitors arrive.

We are happy to share names and locations of restaurants. we can recommend reliable taxi drivers from and to the airport or for shorter distance trips.
